I sent this to my mother-in-law, who has been having some health issues. I forgot to take a photo so had to wait till we visited her in Virginia, shortly before Independence Day. It reached 102 degrees for three days in a row, so Pray was appropriate.
I made the card in a class with BFF, Kim. The multiple textured layers really adds a lot to a simple card. Just love the butterfly paper.
What can't be seen here is the fact that Mary used the gold leaf in a "distressed" way ... It added so much to the card with a little of the black showing through. I, too, love this card & I'm sure that Sue appreciated it.
